Download & Installation (Quick Steps)
- Open your browser and go to trezor.io/start.
- Select your Trezor® model (Model One or Model T) and OS (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Click Trezor® Bridge Download — save and run the installer.
- Install Trezor® Suite (desktop) if you prefer a native app, or use the web Suite after Bridge is running.
- Restart your browser or app, connect your Trezor® device with a data-capable USB cable, and follow on-screen prompts to login.
Using Trezor® Bridge with Trezor® Suite
After installing Bridge, open Trezor® Suite, connect your device, and complete the Trezor® Wallet Login using your PIN/passphrase. The Suite will prompt for firmware updates, device setup, or recovery as needed.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
- Trezor® login not working: Verify Bridge is installed and running; try a different USB port or cable.
- Unable to login Trezor®: Ensure no VPN or browser extension blocks USB access; temporarily disable security tools to test.
- Error connecting Trezor® account: Reinstall Bridge, update Suite, and reboot the computer before retrying.
- Can't verify Trezor® Wallet or Suite App not working: Update device firmware through Suite, or use the desktop Suite instead of the browser version.
Account Recovery & 2FA Guidance
Recovery is done with your recovery seed (12/18/24 words) using the “Recover wallet” flow in Trezor® Suite. Trezor® itself doesn't manage third-party 2FA — if you lost 2FA access to an exchange or service, use their recovery options or backup codes. Never enter your recovery seed into a computer or web form unless explicitly asked and only when using the official Suite recovery flow.
